Just Was Wondering Because Dhhs Is Looking For My Friends Kids For Them having there house smell like marijuana.. Let Me Kno As Much As Possible. Thanks.

If the house smells like marijuana, then that is because someone is smoking marijuana in the house. So that is not “no evidence”.
Now to your question, how long will they look? I don’t think they will stop looking as long as they believe the children are endangered (that could last until the youngest child turns 18). I can’t tell you what measures they will take but I am sure that they would notify the local police and possibly the FBI if they think that the parents took the children across state lines to avoid the Social Service.
I don’t think that there is any way to avoid the consequences for this. My advice is this: get a good lawyer and they should turn themselves and their children in. They should see if they can get into drug rehab and if they clean themselves up in a short period of time, they may get their kids back, subject to future drug testing. And they should sign nothing that their lawyer doesn’t explain to them first.
