Question by kokonut: Question about a drug addicts time in jail? Meth and who knows what else.?
Some one close to me is basically reaching the stage of totally street walking,lot lizard type of drug addict.Missing teeth etc tweaks HARD if she doesn’t get her fix with in the day.But she got put in jail about mmm 2 weeks ago and her phone calls are very,very paranoid and it pains me to listen to her.

Would withdrawal…hurt her? kill her? D: what does the jail system do about that possibility?Do you think if she spent enough time in she’ll come out clean? But i know she wont regardless.

Don’t worry about her, she’s in jail. What about you? Withdrawl from a drug is not impossible but she needs to learn “coping skills” and they can’t teach much of that in jail especially when most of the population doesn’t care and just wants another fix also.

We can fix the system but only with your help too, try to stay positive and get her involved in some rehab when she gets out.
