Question by : Georgia Law on Psilocybin?
I know it is illegal to posses shrooms in Georgia however let’s say you consume the mushrooms and have nothing on you. Can the police officer make you take a drug test and then charge you with possesion of psilocybin?

also what is the penalty in georgia for a 17 year old who is caught with Psilocybin and has a previous offense not related to drug use?
