i messed up and took xanax, what will happen if they find it in my urine? will they just cut me off? Im really scared! I go to take it in 4 days and if they stop my suboxone i will prob go back to using again! please help!

Xanax will be completely out of your system in 72 hours.
If you are really worried about it, do what I did. get some clean urine from someone, put it in a sterile pill bottle, put it in your sock so it will be body temp, and pour that into their test cup.
