My uncle runs a place called HHCLA, its for homeless people, but you can get that info from him, as he deals with that sort everyday… Its the biggest non profit organization in LA, I believe. They are genuine and very cool people. My uncles name is Mark Casanova, one of the coolest people I know, he would definitely help you find what you need, hes as legit as they get, hes top dawg over there at HHCLA, and they deal with drug addicts everyday.
